MOVING THE NEEDLE

Husband and wife tattoo artists Ke’ahi and Lena Hooe, who find themselves on opposite bookends of their careers, must face a changing industry together and decide how to move forward.

This film was shot in one day and submitted to Art of Documentary’s Fall 2025 One Day Doc competition, where it was nominated for Best Cinematography and Best AOD Collab.
